After 3 years of only being a model, Zak Steiner felt it was time to advance his course in the entertainment industry. The opportunity to do just that came in 2015 when he landed the role of Brad in an episode of the TV series Jessica Jones. Speaking purely in technical terms, the acting credit he got from that on-screen appearance was his first ever, and the talented actor has not looked back since then.

After a couple more TV series appearances, Steiner landed his first feature-length movie role in 2017 when he portrayed the on-screen character Daniel in the movie Lady-Like.
